What MindSolv is. MindSolv is cognitive entertainment and skills practice — games, drills and reports for training thinking skills. It is NOT a medical device, a diagnostic tool, or a treatment for any condition, and its scores are not clinical assessments.

Your account. You must be 18+ (younger players arrive later via parent-managed accounts). Keep your credentials safe; one account per person; fair play required — exploiting bugs or automating play can void scores and accounts.

Gems & rewards. Gems are earned through play and spent inside MindSolv on cosmetics and streak protection only. They are not money, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold, or withdrawn, and expire with account deletion. There is no gambling, staking, or chance-based reward anywhere in MindSolv.

Subscriptions. Paid plans bill in INR via our payment partner; local-currency amounts shown elsewhere are indicative. Cancel anytime — access runs to the end of the paid period. GST invoices are e-mailed for every payment.

Refunds. Two full games (PVT Blitz and Stroop Chaos) are free forever, so you can know the experience before paying; all payments are final and non-refundable. Exceptional cases — such as a duplicate charge or a verified billing error — may be raised through Support and are reviewed and decided individually by a human; automated systems cannot approve refunds.

Content & IP. Games, cases, drills, text and engine belong to MindSolv. Your gameplay data is yours; see the Privacy Policy for how it's handled.

Liability. Provided "as is"; to the extent law allows, liability is capped at the fees you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law grants you.

Governing law. India; courts of [CITY — lawyer to confirm]. Disputes go to support first — most things fix faster than they litigate.
